Uptime badges

Turn on the badge at the bottom of a monitor's page to get a link like:

https://pulsefast.io/badge/AbC123….svg

Add it to a README:

[![uptime](https://pulsefast.io/badge/AbC123….svg)](https://pulsefast.io/s/your-page)

Option	Example	Shows
(none)	`…svg`	Uptime over 30 days
`period`	`?period=24h`	`24h`, `7d`, `30d` or `90d`
`type`	`?type=status`	`up`, `down` or `paused`
`label`	`?label=API`	Your text on the left

Badges are public, but show only the number or status, never the monitor's name or URL. New link replaces the address (the old one stops working) and Turn off removes it. Badges update about once a minute.
